Phoebe fractured her right femur when I accidentally dropped her!! Needless to say there were tears but fortunately Trevor was able to repair the leg by pinning the bones and holding the fragments together with wire.

Phoebe was given 10 minutes a day of hydrotherapy to help maintain mobility of the leg and to prevent the muscles from wasting.

She had to have restricted exercise but benefitted from having her parents, Amelia and Gus around her to prevent her becoming depressed.

At last fully recovered Phoebe is walking well albeit with a slight limp.
